How do I get a mailbox key?

Bring a copy of your lease to the post office. It is located at 201 E. Gay St., Warrensburg, MO.

What is the soonest I can move in?

This all depends on how fast you get the application back to us. If everything is completed and you are in fact approved to move in, it can be the very next day, if all of the deposits are made.

When is the rent due each month?

The rent is due on the 1st day of each month. There will be a late fee of $45, plus $10 per day, on all payments received after the 5th of the month.
